We take a calm, proactive approach to operations. We support what’s needed, but we also make time for projects that improve things long-term. Whether it’s tuning a data pipeline or improving how we use Kubernetes, we aim for solutions that are reliable and maintainable.

Yes, it’s expected. We're small enough that everyone’s voice shapes how we build.

Often. We collaborate closely with AI, Product, and others to make sure things run smoothly.
