Our job is to make sure people have the tools they need and that those tools don’t get in the way.
That includes setting up laptops, managing accounts, and automating the behind-the-scenes work that keeps systems secure and compliant. We keep things running, predictable, and calm.
We also handle security. Be it device management, access control, incident response, and general “what could go wrong?” thinking. Our work supports everyone at IPRally, whether directly or quietly in the background.

We cover a lot of ground, but we try to keep things simple, maintainable, and well documented.
Most of what we do is invisible when it’s working well, which is how we like it. We prefer to plan ahead rather than react.

It’s both. Some days you’re solving access issues. Other days you’re mapping long-term risks or building automations.
How technical is the work?
Very. We cover Linux, macOS, Windows, scripting, networking, mobile and we automate a lot of it.
Have you had any security incidents?
Nothing serious so far. We try to stay ahead by learning from smaller issues and improving constantly.
How do you handle compliance?
We’re ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials certified. Vanta helps us stay on top of things without getting buried in spreadsheets.
Where does the team sit in the company?
In the middle of it all. We work with every team, quietly making things work better and safer.
What’s the working setup?
Hybrid, mostly based in Finland. We’re in the office a few days a week to stay close to the action.
