How do you support learning and personal growth?
We offer a dedicated learning budget of 1,000€ per year, but we believe people learn most by doing. As a growing company, there are always new projects and responsibilities to take on, so most learning happens naturally in our day-to-day work.
What’s the company culture really like?

Do I need to live near an office?
Not at all. We have offices in Helsinki, London, and LA but many folks work fully remotely. Flexibility is part of our DNA.
