Everyone owns their region and handles the full sales cycle. There’s plenty of independence, but we support each other through coaching, idea-sharing, and regular check-ins. We don’t compete with each other, we work as a team and share what works.

Not really. The product is technical, and our users are domain experts. It’s less about volume, more about clarity and fit.
How much travel is involved?
It depends. We attend a few events per region each year. Company offsites and team meetups happen too, but day-to-day, you can work from wherever.
Do you get leads from marketing?
Yes, through webinars, content, and paid channels. But much of our success still comes from thoughtful outreach.
